We understand wine.
And people.

01
Signature

Great wine begins in the vineyard.

Karel Novotný inherited neither a winery nor a ready-made rulebook. He made his first Muscat at fifteen and founded his own label in 2010. Today, he farms two hectares of estate vineyards and works with selected fruit from a handful of precisely defined sites.

In the cellar, each wine determines its own path: stainless steel for purity, concrete for texture, Burgundy and Bordeaux barrels for time and structure. Innovation is never a gesture. It must serve the wine.

02
The architecture of wine

Three ranges.
Two signatures.

Black Label for drinking now. FIGURE, matured in a concrete egg. Elements, shaped by site, oak and time. Alongside them, Steward and BISCUIT — two stand-alone bottlings, each with its own voice.

03
Šidleny

A house for wine.
A place for people.

The contemporary winery is set into the hillside of a historic cellar lane. Production, cellar, tasting room and courtyard come together under one roof — a place where wine is made and matured, then shared with food and people.

“My mother wanted me to become a programmer. Or an electrician. But I kept feeling drawn elsewhere. Back to the soil, to people, to aromas and flavours.”
